The Power of Now is the most "gangsta" book I have ever read to date. In it, Tolle says that Authentic Human Power is found by surrendering to the NOW! and you thought it was doing that extra set of bear crawls I asked you to do! LOL

Question: so what does this have to do with fitness?

Answer: EVERYTHING..... keeping focused in the moment and in the now will help you become a happier/better person, worker, athlete, lover, friend, family member, everything. How many times have you been executing exercises only to think of the future and how many reps or sets you have left or how many minutes are left in the workout. What anxiety build up, huh? Once you learn this simple yet very difficult task to master your workouts will become even more spectacular and your results and progressions will skyrocket. TRUST ME or rather TRUST living in the NOW!
