Bored with Cardio? Start dancing.....





I was once told to be skeptical about people who dont dance! If your starting to get bored with your cardio routine hit the dance floor!

Take a dance class - there has to be millions of offerings in your local area. To add to the fun take the class with friends, family, or your partner.

but most importantly dance like knowone is watching - whether you have rhythm or not life is too short for any insecurities or worries. Now burn those calories!!!!!!
