Make your body literally a furnace!

Make your body a fat burning furnace by eating 5 to 6 small meals a day! Never skip breakfast, allow at least 3 hours after your last meal before you go to sleep, and DRINK DRINK DRINK water.

Sounds simple doesnt it? than why do most people fall short of this simple plan?

Because they are afraid of food! You must think of food in terms of energy and how it can help you feel great each and everyday. People cut calories and are afraid to overeat because they do not want to get fat. This is because the types of foods they are eating are either high in fat, high in carbs, high in sugar, etc....

Do you think you can get fat off of chicken? how about asparugus? what about apples? hmmmm ....

Start with 5 to 6 meals a day every 2 to 3 hours and I guarantee you - you will see immediate results on how you feel and your performance at work, gym, everyday life. I promise you. Start there and your body will start to become a fat burning furnace asap!
