How Exercise Can Reverse Aging


Exercise is like a miracle drug when it comes to maintaining our health and fitness as we age.
Studies have shown that nothing works better to attain reverse aging effects than a regular exercise program.

Most people accept the inevitable -- increase in the risk of disease and illnesses when they get older. But the aging process can be slowed down and in some cases reversed by maintaining physical endurance, strength, flexibility with moderate regular exercise well into old age.
Studies have shown that adults who partake in regular physical activity are biologically younger than sedentary individuals.

A recent study showed those who exercise regularly have, on average, DNA that is nine years younger than their real age.
