Are you a good weight for your height?


The body mass index refers to relative height and weight. To calculate your BMI try this equation above!
What number did you come up with? Below see where your BMI falls and see if you are a good weight for your height. PLEASE remember that this is just a general guideline to use. Obviously MUSCLE weighs more than FAT so a bodybuilder for example might fall into overweight for their height, but its just that their body is comprised of mostly muscle.
BMI STANDARDS
Underweight <18.5
Normal 18.5-24.9
Overweight 25.0-29.9
Obese >30
