"Always be honest, honest with yourself, honest with others - what you eat in private shows up in public - Dont ever play yourself , that is the biggest disservice you can do.

You must train with passion, fitness wise, mentally, emotionally, train at everything, work at your relationships, work at the office, work at home, work at family, but most importantly enjoy the work - afterall thats what life is – the current moment.

Dont ever give yourself an identity - I am trainer, i am a broker, i am a teacher, i am a lawyer -The human spirit is so much more than that - learn everything that interests you.

Enjoy every win and learn from every loss for losses are what makes us acheive more wins. We learn from every experience. You will lose weight, gain weight, eat perfectly, slip a little, but dont ever stop progressing towards your end goal and gods sake dont ever give up.

And lastly - why would you do something you didnt want to do, why concern yourself with anything that doesnt benefit you. Sound selfish? WRONG! once you learn to love yourself you can love others and ironically that order makes the world around you a better place"
