What's inside of you? What are you really made of? When is the last time you really tested yourself? When is the last time you really kicked a workout in the ass rather than have it kick you? In this " i want it now society " of ipods, blackberrys, BBM, texts, fast food, everything is at our fingertips..... GOD FORBID we ever pick up a finger for anything anymore. What are we afraid of?
