
Congratulations to Robert AKA " the ROCK" for taking his fitness level to AJFIT status: lowering his body fat into single digits, testing 40/40 on the TRX challenge in just 20 sessions a little over 2 months. The ROCK is now determined to make 2010 his fittest year yet implementing balance, coordination, interval training, coordination, and body weight excercises to his regimen..........and here is the best part = he is in his mid forties!!!!
