Oatmeal 4 breakfast anyone?


> Oatmeal may help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease
>The soluble fiber in oatmeal absorbs a considerable amount of water which significantly slows down your digestive process. This result is that you'll feel full longer, i.e. oatmeal can help you control your weight.
>Oatmeal contains a wide array of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants
>Oatmeal may actually reduce the risk for certain cancers.
Dont skip breakfast. Eating breakfast helps increase your metabolism and body efficiency. When you have eaten before you perform your daily work or go to school, your body has the right energy to respond to your physical and mental activities. To be able to cope with your daily routine, your body responds by upgrading its capabilities to keep up with the demands of your activities. Therefore it speeds up your metabolism to provide you with the right amount of energy, and burns fat and calories faster.
Oatmeal is a quick, convenient option for breakfast. You can always throw fruit or nuts in the bowl. On the weekends when i have generally more time in the am is when I make my egg whites, whole grain toast, etc..... please consider this meal for weekday mornings. Its good, good for you, easy, and cheap!!!
