To be truly fit you must hit all these 10 points:
Agility
Balance
Speed
Power
Accuracy
Stamina
Coordination
Flexibility
Strength
Cardio
In my experience as a trainer Ive come across all walks of life, all different fitness levels, etc...In my opinion to be truly fit you must have all the 10 points above covered.
On a scale of 1 to 10 for each element where do you fall? Is anyone a 100? 90? Where do you think you fall? think about it and work on it.... mastering all these elements of fitness is what truly makes a fit person.
