Meal frequency for 1 thing but more importantly portion control. One could be eating 5 to 6 meals a day but if your eating the "house" every meal thats not going to cut it.

MEAT such as Chicken breats should fit in the palm of your hand and 4 of your fingers
PASTA tight fist
VEGGIES tight fist
